Origin Story:

My home is full of four high-energy tornados who don’t yet possess the ability to recognize their own bodies’s need to slow down + reset. And truth be told, the line between what is more chaotic - their external whirlwind or my internal overwhelm - gets a little blurry from time to time. We all needed me to formulate this tea.

Mellow Munchkin is similar to my Unwind the Grind blend, but crafted with some of the safest herbs for children, with a pleasing lemon-chamomile flavor. It helps to nourish and tone the nervous system and instill a deep sense of calmness + sense of safety in the body. It feels like being wrapped in the comfort of a mama’s arms, softening energy without being sedative.
